I've got always had fairly pale, sparse and fine lashes and eyebrows. The truth is, contrary my eyebrows annoyed me the most, because even when I dyed them, they still looked sparse. I did before use eyebrow pencil quite often because of this. After i dyed my lashes, and used mascara on them, they looked fairly okay.
But things i really wanted were lashes and brows that looked great with or without dyeing or makeup!
